This is just a note of thanks for the work you did on the road improvement and septic tank installation in June 2018 at our cottage.  Everything seems to have worked out very well.  We have not yet seen the final product but my son and daughter have been up to the cottage and are very pleased with the changes – especially in light of the rather difficult terrain with which you had to deal.

This short note is to recognize your excellent work that was recently complete at our land on Sandy Lake.  While we had a general idea of how the rock wall and overall grading would be completed, your efforts and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.  The rock wall, stairs and final grading are outstanding.  I also appreciate you burying the underground cable from the electrical to the shed and drain lines from the downspouts.  All in all, we are very, very pleased.

As you know, our neighbor will be developing a new cottage in the near future and I will highly recommend BSG (and you specifically) to this new cottager.  Once he sees the work that you did for us, I expect that he may call.

Letter of Recommendation

We contracted Jeff Chesher and his company Buckhorn Sand & Gravel for landscaping service at our cottage property. The year prior, we had a downburst that took out many trees on our property. Combined with the fact that we had never done any landscaping work, the property needed a lot of work.

Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the results. The landscape team incorporated all of our requests and had some great ideas too. Because we were not on site, Jeff was very accommodating with his time to meet with us when we were at the cottage to go over the work progress.

We don’t often write letters of recommendation but are happy to do so for Jeff and Buckhorn Sand & Gravel. They delivered results with professionalism and a desire to please the customer.
